Use this portal to request a voucher code to book a flu vaccination at a participating Chemist Warehouse store.

Free Flu Vaccine Eligibility

You may be eligible for a FREE flu vaccine funded by Health New Zealand if you:

Are 65 years or over
Are pregnant
Have a long-term medical condition (e.g., diabetes, asthma, heart disease)
Have certain mental health conditions
Are accessing secondary or tertiary mental health or addiction services

No voucher code is required if you qualify for a free flu vaccine.

You did not use your UNIMELB or affiliated email address
You may not meet the eligibility criteria (please check our webpage for details)

If you are not eligible for this program, you can still seek a vaccination through local pharmacies, your doctor, or the University Health Service.

You have not used your 'Monash' email
If you wish to, you have the option to book an appointment with your local GP or Pharmacy to have the influenza vaccination, or you can book with the Monash University Health Services (UHS) to receive the vaccination. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the vaccination.
